Elle and I were the only ones up and ready for breakfast this morning at the hotel, so we went and enjoyed their mini muffins and yogurt and asked to bring some back to the room for our Mom. They were kind enough to let us do so. When we arrived the boys decided they too needed breakfast, so I loaded them up and drove them over as the hotel was rather large. When we got back it was time to pack and get on the road again, We should arrive Florida today!

We stopped at one of my traditional spots in Georgia to get some pecans and check out the local goods at the Magnolia Plantation. This has become ritual on my route through. It’s the perfect snack for the road.

We were very excited to cross the border and see the welcome station still open. it is usually closed when I travel through. We got lots of info about the state, free postcards, and of course took some pictures of our arrival!

Elle was so thrilled to see palm trees! Welcome to Florida!

We were not far now from our destination and got on the road to follow that dream! Ocean, here I come!

We arrived my aunts house and said our hellos before running to the beach to catch the sunset. The boys did not want to go so it was just us girls again. It was such a sweet moment greeting the ocean with my mama and baby sister. It was rather gloomy so not much of a sunset, but just to put our bare feet in the waters was the perfect reward to the long journey here!
