By Ema ~ I was so grateful to find a package in the mail with a gift from the owner of the land that I took care of while I was in Hawaii. It was the white dress that she had me wear my last night out there. It was so very sweet of her to think of me and send me this as a gift.
I have been busy planning my route west. I still have to figure out getting down the coast and back through the southern states, but the planning has begun!
I would really like to take a ferry across the Great Lake, and am looking into it. I love water and the more I can be on it the better. Plus I would have a couple hours off from driving. We shall see if it works into this trip, but either way it looks like something to experience sometime.
